Пояснительная записка к тестам по специальности «Социально-культурный сервис и туризм» Предлагаемый сборник тестовых заданий по дисциплине «Английский язык» для специальности «Социально-культурный сервис и туризм» № 230500 очной формы обучения создавался с учетом современных требований к преподаванию иностранного языка. Главная цель тестовых заданий – развитие грамматических и лексических навыков у студентов, совершенствование навыков устной речи с использованием лексических единиц данной специальности, знакомство с историей, культурой, национальными ценностями, системой государственного управления Англии, Америки, традициями англо-говорящих стран. Материалы тестов, посвященные актуальным проблемам индустрии сервиса и туризма представляют интерес для изучения как у студентов, так и у преподавателей вузов. Подобранная система тестовых заданий помогает студентам лучше понять специфику языка данной специальности. Решение тестовых заданий на практических занятиях по английскому языку, а также в качестве самостоятельной работы студентов при изучении дисциплины «Английский язык» для специальности «Социально-культурный сервис и туризм» позволит оценить их знания, приобретенные в ходе теоретического освоения этой учебной дисциплины, а также при изучении обязательной и рекомендуемой литературы. Сборник тестовых заданий можно использовать как на начальном этапе изучения английского языка, так и на продвинутом.
